SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products are made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Because our products are custom printed on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

The production time for an order may vary depending on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout, as we may be unable to make changes once production begins

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Provide a photo of the issue

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen or monitor settings

  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside our control

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, but you did not receive it, please first check with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Your local carrier/post office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING

Because products are custom made, we generally do not accept physical returns unless specifically requested as part of resolving a quality issue.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.

Because of this, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
